M.I.A.

So sorry I've not been around. I seem to have come down with the crud I've been seeing for the past week and a half. If enough people breathe it in your face, I guess it's destiny, eh?

Well, at least I know what to expect.

And, hey, get it early and get it over with, I say. I proclaim cold and flu season officially begun!

So now I must go back and sleep some more and do things like try to figure out why the tea kettle isn't boiling when the burner isn't turned on.

Pathetic.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Flippy had a really bad sinus infection (worthy of a "Z-PAK") about two weeks ago, and she's still getting over it. I've had achy sinuses for the past week, but I'm able to control the problem with Sudafed (the real stuff, not that fake stuff they now sell). The doctor Flippy went to said there's a bug of some sort running through everyone's sinuses here, and even though we don't leave the house very often, we both managed to get hit with it. So, I'd say you were doomed :) Hope you feel better soon!

I had the EXACT same thing happen with the tea kettle not more than ten minutes ago. Swear.

I, however, am blaming the drugs LOL

Feel better soon!!

Get better soon! I had the crud last week and am glad to be up and running around again.

Make yourself some "surpreese" bread. DM states this is just some form of bread with garlic, cheese, and anything else in the fridge that you'd like on bread. She likes olives.

Get well soon!

I recommend chicken noodle soup, two aspirins, and not waking the doctor in the morning. :)

Beth thinks the idea of supreeze bread is weird. It is not. Garlic is our friend. And the Super Target here sells Portuguese artisan bread which makes me incredibly happy. Mmm. Now I'm hungry.

I hope you are feeling better.
